| HB 4139 is a Trojan Horse. It creates the Texas’ Office for Health Equity, to promote pro-abortion, pro-homosexual, and pro-transgender policies. HB 4139 will be voted on tomorrow, Thursday, April the 29th by the Texas House. This bill is being pushed by radical Democrats to establish a new, liberal state agency: Office for Health Equity. The sponsor of this bill is Rep. Garnet Coleman–D, an extreme liberal from Harris County. HB 4139 does not define health equity, gender, cultural diversity, health disparities, or health initiatives. These terms are code words for the pro-abortion, pro-homosexual and pro-transgender agenda. This new state agency would collect data, and identify and make public those medical establishments, healthcare professionals and medical clinics, that they deem lacking in health equity for certain groups. The Office for Health Equity, established by HB 4139, would force hospitals, clinics, physicians, government agencies, churches and private schools, businesses and individuals to accept, affirm and treat individuals who claim, and children whose parents claim, that they are a different gender than their biological, birth sex. This agency would also be used to promote abortion services that kill unborn babies. This bill would require organizations and insurance companies to pay for these evil practices. As expected, it is supported by the pro-homosexual, pro-transgender, and pro-abortion movements.
