Mayes Middleton’s Senate Bill 8, which keeps perverted men out of women’s bathrooms and locker rooms, has been signed into law.

RINO Roy Can’t Be Trusted
While criticizing President Trump, Chip Roy said, "“The President of the United States deserves universal condemnation for what was clearly, in my opinion, impeachable conduct." Citations: (House Floor 1/14/2021; YouTube. 1/13/2021)
He went on to say that he would, "Continue to criticize Trump..." (CBS News. 1/17/2024)
But it doesn't stop there, when exposed as a RINO, Chip Roy called MAGA supporters M'Fers and says they can "kiss my a_ _ (please have Sam bleep out word)." (Steve Deace Show.10/3/2023)
Chip Roy even went so far as to defend and support liberal Liz Cheney saying, "I reject this call for her to step down and offer my support."
(Chip Roy Press Release.1/13/2021)
As a further insult to conservatives everywhere, Chip Roy tried to weaken the Protect Children's Innocence Act by removing the criminalization of all pediatric gender affirming care regardless of whether it was federally funded or not. (X/Twitter.12/16/2025)
Now, Chip Roy wants to be our Attorney General?
On March 3rd, say no to a typical Washington RINO...say NO to Chip Roy!

Dr. Hotze Explains Why We Need to Reelect Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller
|
|
Hello, I’m Dr. Steve Hotze, Founder of Conservative Republicans of Texas, encouraging you to join me in re-electing Sid Miller as our Agriculture Commissioner, a position he has held since 2015.
Commissioner Sid Miller is an eighth generation Texan, rancher and farmer who has devoted his life to promoting Texas agriculture and conservative values in Texas. Sid has won 30 world championship calf roping titles.
Commissioner Miller and his wife, Debra, have been married for 47 years. They have two married sons, and five grandchildren. They are active members of the Cowboy Church in Stephenville where Commissioner Miller also serves as an elder.
As our Agriculture Commissioner, Sid Miller is committed to preserving Texas water resourcesupon which Texas agriculture and families depend. Sid has also built supply chains that keep Texas grocery shelves stocked.
Commissioner Miller is leading the fight to end Texas’ property tax burden which robs families, small businesses, farms and ranches.
Commissioner Miller is a courageous conservative who has been a strong voice for the unborn. He opposes sharia law and radical Muslims who are determined to destroy our Christian heritage.
It’s no wonder that President Trump praised him, saying, “Sid Miller is My Man in Texas.”

Hello, I'm Doctor Steve Hotze, founder and President of Conservative Republicans of Texas encouraging you to join me in supporting conservative champion, Don Huffines, for Texas Comptroller. Don Huffines will bring his Texas First agenda to Austin, including standing with President Trump; running government like a business; exposing government corruption and eliminating all taxpayer funded benefits to illegal immigrants.
Don Huffines will DOGE Texas government to eliminate fraud, waste, and abuse and save taxpayer money.
Don Huffines is bold conservative leader and a successful businessman who will put an end to all DEI woke programs in Texas government and stop evil transgender indoctrination of children in our schools. He's done it before by exposing a state-run, taxpayer-funded transgender youth website and forcing it to be shut down.
Don Huffines is a family man, married for 38 years with 5 children and 12 grandchildren. He is a successful business owner who as State Senator has proven the courage of his convictions. Huffines will bring a private-sector mindset to the Comptroller’s office. As a State Senator, Huffines never took a penny of government money - no pay, no pension, no healthcare, no per diem. And just like President Trump, Huffines will not take a salary as Comptroller.
Huffines exposed the largest government corruption scandal in Texas history that sent six people to prison and saved taxpayers millions of dollars.
Please join me, and every major conservative organization in Texas, and vote Don Huffines for Texas Comptroller.
Please share this with your family and friends.

EDITORIAL
Why I’m Running for Attorney General: Trump-Trusted, Paxton-Endorsed Marine “Warrior for Our Constitution”
by Aaron Reitz (www.AaronReitz.com (http://www.aaronreitz.com/))
Ten Commandments in public school classrooms. Property tax reform and relief. School choice. Crackdowns on racist Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs. Disaster response readiness. The Big Beautiful Map. Pro-life measures. Restrictions on foreign adversaries like China purchasing Texas land. Protecting women and girls from the predations of biological males. Defining “man” and “woman” correctly in state law. Medical freedom and MAHA measures. Enhanced election integrity enforcement powers.
All of these are victories flowing from the combined efforts of Governor Abbott, Lieutenant Governor Patrick, and the Texas Legislature in 2025. They all warrant Texans’ applause.
But did you know that nearly every aspect of what I’ve listed is currently in pre-litigation, active litigation, or on appeal to determine the scope and applicability of these new laws?
And did you know that it’s the Texas Attorney General who ensures these laws survive judicial scrutiny and are properly enforced?
In other words, the end of the legislative process is the beginning of the Attorney General’s work. We could have the best legislation in the world on the books, but if the Attorney General does not aggressively enforce those laws, or defend them against attacks from the left seeking to undermine them, then it’s all for naught.
That’s why I’m running for Texas Attorney General: to lead legal troops into legal combat and deliver legal victories for the State of Texas and for individual Texans—to take the tools the Legislature provides and successfully advance those laws through the justice system.
My record doing exactly that gives voters total confidence that I’ll be effective on Day One. When Ken Paxton endorsed me to succeed him as the next AG, he said that “Aaron Reitz is the only candidate who is fully vetted, battle-tested, proven, and ready to be Attorney General. He is loyal, fearless, trusted, and relentlessly committed to the Rule of Law. He has already proven himself as a defender of Texas, of Texans’ rights, and of the Constitution.”
Why am I “the only candidate” in a crowded field who is “ready to be Attorney General”? Because while my opponents campaign on their deal-cutting legislative records—something wholly distinct from and unrelated to the job of Attorney General—I’m running on my winning legal record. “[Reitz] drove our Texas v. Biden docket and spearheaded some of our most consequential battles—on border security, immigration, Big Tech, Covid tyranny, energy and the environment, pro-life, Second Amendment, religious liberty, free speech, and election integrity,” Paxton continued in his endorsement statement.
This same record is what gave President Trump confidence to bring me into the highest ranks of his Justice Department: “[Reitz] was previously Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton's Deputy, where he led dozens of successful lawsuits against the lawless and crooked Biden Administration,” he said in December 2024.
As the Senate-confirmed head of the Office of Legal Policy, my job, in the President’s words, was “to develop and implement DOJ's battle plans to advance [the President’s] Law and Order Agenda, and restore integrity to our Justice System.”
My performance advancing our conservative Republican values in court throughout the state and nation gave President Trump the confidence to call me “a true MAGA attorney” and “a warrior for our Constitution.”
It is someone with this kind of record who is uniquely suited to serve as the next Chief Legal Officer of Texas.
I remember the first time I swore an oath to the Constitution. I was 22 years old and a brand-new Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. I raised my right hand and said, “I, Aaron Reitz, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”
Back then, as someone who eventually deployed to a combat zone in Afghanistan, I primarily thought about the foreign enemies of our Constitution.
The next time I swore that oath was in the West Wing, with my wife and four children by my side, as a newly confirmed executive in President Trump’s DOJ. In the intervening years, I had come to better understand that while we still have foreign enemies, the primary threats to our Constitution are the domestic enemies among us.
It’s with this same Marine ferocity that I will fight these enemies throughout our justice system as Texas’s next Attorney General. With my opponents, you can only hope they will get the job done. With me, Republicans need only look at my battle scars and medals to know with certainty that I’m the best General to lead our state’s legal troops to victory.
