Conservative Attorney General Ken Paxton Needs Your Support Today!

Attorney General Ken Paxton has been a stalwart conservative leader. He has filed and won scores of lawsuits against the Biden administration. He has been the most active, conservative state attorney general in America. He is under attack by his political opponents.

Take action today and call your state representative and state senator. Tell them that you support Attorney General Paxton and to vote NO on impeachment. The vote in the House could be at any time over the Memorial Day weekend.

It only takes a majority of the House to impeach Attorney General Paxton. If he is impeached, then there will be a Senate trial. It takes a 2/3 vote in the Senate to uphold the impeachment.

Paxton has fought against vote fraud, illegal immigration, sex surgery mutilation of children, and defended the Texas Heartbeat Bill.

A cabal of RINOs and Communist Democrats have organized to destroy our conservative Attorney General, Ken Paxton, because he has been extremely successful in blocking their woke agenda. A special Texas House committee of 3 RINOs and 2 Democrats, appointed by Speaker Dade Phelan, met this week and published a report recommending the impeachment of Attorney General Paxton. This was a well planned hatchet job. Attorney General Paxton was not allowed to present a defense before this House Committee.

The special House committee simply regurgitated the same charges previously brought up over the past 8 years. Although Paxton was indicted 8 years ago on these charges, he has never been taken to trial. That should tell you everything. Paxton’s political opponents have been out to destroy him since he was elected attorney general in 2014.

The radical left and their RINO allies are attempting to use the same playbook on Ken Paxton that they have been using on Donald Trump.

“I have grave concerns with the process that has been used in the impeachment investigation of Attorney General Ken Paxton. Under the direction of Speaker Phelan, the House Committee on General Investigating has conducted its business for many weeks outside the knowledge of rank and file members of the Texas House. To my knowledge not a single member of the Texas House has interviewed, or directed questions to a single witness, and that includes members of the General Investigating Committee. All interviews were conducted by hired staff. Nor have any transcripts of interviews with witnesses conducted by committee staff been provided to the members of the full House. Nor have members been provided with substantiating documents. To be clear, the full Texas House has not heard any testimony from witnesses, nor have we been provided transcripts of such testimony.
